Hiring a full-time or part-time Emergency Medicine Nocturnist physician to join the team at St. Luke's Sugar Land. $10,000 signing bonus for one year commitment to a full-time Nocturnist position.

Emergency Department:

  • Physician Shift: 6a-6p; 6p-6a
  • APP Shift: M-F Noon - 9pm; Sa - Su Noon - 8pm
  • Trauma Center: Level IV
  • Annual Visits: 21,000
  • ED Beds: 16
  • Patients Per Hour: 1.8
  • Admit Rate: 12% - Hospitalists handle admissions
  • Transfer Rate: 3%
  • Physician Coverage:  24 hours – single doc coverage
  • APP Coverage: 9 hours
  • POCUS: Sonosite
  • EMR: Epic
  • Dictation: Dragon
  • Scribes: No

St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital offers the latest technology and treatments for residents of Fort Bend County and Southwest Houston. Services range from heart care and neuroscience to robotic surgery. The recently opened Family Birthing Center offers incomparable care and amenities in a spa-like environment to provide a VIP—Very Important Pregnancy—experience. Since 2008, the experienced doctors, nurses, and support staff have provided expert care to support the community.
